Refund policy

All items are custom made to request, returns / refunds are not accepted so please be sure of your color, design options AND TURNAROUND TIMEFRAME before purchasing your order. If you have any questions regarding the size or any other detail, please ask PRIOR TO ordering. Exchanges / credits are NOT offered. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items damaged DURING transit must be reported to INFO@THEJERRYGROUP.COM. within 24 hours of receiving. Photos of the product AND packaging must be provided to begin a loss / damage claim with shipping company.
